The child on stilts

This fresco forms part of the Street Art Tour of the city of Brussels. The "Symphonie" children's home, located nearby, inspired us in the making for this fresco, which we dedicated to youth.

The children, whom we met every day, were for us symbols of vitality, hope and resilience while Europe was once again confined. We also want to pay tribute to the inhabitants of the neighbourhood whose warmth of life still with us since then.

Inaugurated on 30 November 2020, in the presence of Delphine Houba, Alderman for Culture of the City of Brussels, Yolaine Oladimeji of PARCOURS Street Art and Carl Festré, representative of the co-ownership.
